From the Netherlands to the rest of the world

Our story

Digireg was founded anno 2013 in the Netherlands by Patrick Blom. Starting up with the focus on geo information the company moved on to data engineering and data science with a high level of knowledge in the field of government data. Since our start, we have grown into one of the leading companies in our field and became active at all levels of government in updating, improving and managing government registrations and datasets. By crafting meaningful new insights using data engineering in combination with data science.

Our greatest strength lies in our extensive knowledge of government processes and our ability to help governments in their transition to become a data-driven organization.

In the Netherlands we have around 40 employees, spread over our branches in Horst (German border) and Rotterdam. Providing data science and data engineering solutions throughout Europe. From 2018 Digireg opened an office in Jakarta Indonesia where all data engineering knowledge from Europe is transferred to the Asian market. In Indonesia they have grown in two years to an occupation of approximately 50 employees. Where in 2020 have opened up a second office in Balikpapan Indonesia. From our Asian offices we offer clients the same knowledge and quality as we deliver in Europe.

Within 2021 a new office was opened in Nairobi Kenya. In this part of the world we focus on data engineering and spatial planning. As where we see that our spatial roots in planning and data engineering can provide the right solutions to help the African market on its way to become data driven.

It is our mission to further roll out our services, provide quality and help entity’s around the world with their data problems in the coming years.
